Policies
- Full refund or free rescheduling if Bay Kayak Fishing cancels because of unsafe weather or ocean conditions
- Full refund or one free reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice; late cancellations and no-shows are not refundable
- Valid California fishing license required for anglers age 16 or older
- Renters must be 18 or older, or accompanied by an adult
- Renters must follow the approved fishing area and return-time instructions for their rental
- Rentals are offered only when Bay Kayak Fishing determines conditions are appropriate
