Policies
Worth reading before you book.
- A 25% deposit is charged when you book; the balance is charged to the same card when you check in at the launch, or you can settle it another way on the day
- Full refund of your deposit, or free rescheduling, if Bay Kayak Fishing cancels because of unsafe weather or ocean conditions
- The deposit is non-refundable, but with at least 48 hours' notice you can move your booking to another date once for free; late cancellations and no-shows are not refundable
- Valid California fishing license required for anglers age 16 or older
- Renters must be 18 or older, or accompanied by an adult
- Rentals are offered only when Bay Kayak Fishing determines conditions are appropriate
